I’m Helen — an Occupational Therapist and coach who brings together clinical experience, reflective practice and a warm, grounded approach. I’m here to offer a steady space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, understand yourself more clearly and create changes that feel aligned and manageable.

My approach brings together over 20 years of NHS experience, clinical expertise and a deeply human way of working. We look at your thinking, emotions, routines, roles and the stories you’ve carried — not to judge or fix, but to understand what’s happening and what will genuinely support you.
Some people need practical strategies to manage cognitive changes, fatigue or daily functioning. Others need reflective space to explore identity, patterns and direction. Many need both. Together, we find the approach that feels right for you.
