Work with me
Working with me is a calm, supportive experience where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re navigating, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel lost, overwhelmed or out of reach. Whether you’re coming to terms with cognitive changes, adjusting after illness, or simply feeling ready for something in your life to shift, our work together creates space for clarity, confidence and meaningful change to unfold.
I blend Occupational Therapy and Coaching in a way that honours your lived experience, your pace and your inner wisdom. Some people come to me for clinical support with cognitive rehabilitation, fatigue, daily functioning or returning to meaningful roles. Others come for future‑focused coaching to explore identity, direction and personal growth. Many people benefit from a gentle combination of both — supporting the mind, the emotions and the practical realities of daily life.
My approach is holistic and person‑centred. We look at what’s happening in your thinking, your routines, your roles, your environment and your emotional landscape, and we work together to build strategies that feel safe, sustainable and aligned with who you are becoming. This isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about understanding what’s changed, reconnecting with your strengths, and creating a way forward that feels grounded and possible.
I am trained in Neuro‑Linguistic Programming (NLP) and DISC profiling, which deepens my understanding of communication, behaviour and the patterns that shape how we think and respond. I use these tools gently and intuitively, alongside my clinical OT experience, to help you gain clarity, shift unhelpful patterns and rebuild confidence in a way that supports both your wellbeing and your daily life.
The Therapeutic Space
Working with me is a collaborative, person‑centred process. Whether you come for occupational therapy, coaching, or a blend of both, our sessions offer a calm, steady space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing and explore what you need in order to move forward. We work at your pace, looking beneath the surface to understand your patterns, strengths and challenges — emotionally, cognitively and in daily life.
My approach brings together my clinical background, leadership experience and lived understanding. This means our work is both supportive and structured: we explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, but also the practical realities of your routines, roles and functioning. You’ll gain clarity, build confidence and develop tools that help you navigate life with more ease, self‑trust and stability.
For coaching clients, this process is guided by my EASE model — Explore, Awareness, Shift and Evolve — a gentle framework that supports meaningful, sustainable change. For occupational therapy clients, I draw on evidence‑informed assessment and rehabilitation approaches to help you understand what’s changed and rebuild function in a way that feels manageable and aligned with your goals.
However you choose to work with me, the space we create together is grounded in compassion, curiosity and respect for your whole self.
What Our Sessions Are Like
Sessions are steady, spacious and centred around your pace. You won’t be rushed, judged or pushed into anything that doesn’t feel right.
We might explore:
changes in your thinking, memory or daily functioning
the emotional impact of illness or life transitions
patterns, beliefs or roles that no longer fit
what matters to you now, and what feels possible
practical strategies to help you manage your day‑to‑day
ways to rebuild confidence, identity and self‑trust
Every session is shaped around what you need most in that moment.
Occupational Therapy, Coaching or Blended Support
You don’t need to know which type of support you need before you arrive.
Occupational Therapy offers clinical, evidence‑based support for cognitive changes, fatigue, daily functioning and adjustment after illness.
Coaching offers a reflective, future‑focused space to explore identity, patterns, direction and meaningful change.
Blended Support combines both, allowing us to work with the practical and emotional layers of your experience.
We’ll explore what feels right during your Initial Conversation.
